The NGOs and Covid 19 Pandemic: A New Challenge for Charitable Giving and NGOs’ Mission Models

Since the beginning of 2019 all organisations, including non-profit have had to learn how deal with completely new challenges caused by Covid-19 pandemic. Our paper aims show what extent pandemic has changed mission models NGOs in areas such as types beneficiaries, type services, channels communication, funding streams, key activities, and partners. In order reach this aim, we conducted a theoretical analysis charitable giving activity adopted questionnaire survey methodology. A total 575 from Poland, Croatia, Lithuania participated study. study found that impact on NGO varies can dual effect financial situation NGOs. Despite difficulties, some organizations gained (mainly those operating health social care), others lost.
